Welcome to the Sample4Vibes website, dedicated to the sale of digital audio files. By accessing and using our site, you unreservedly accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the site

Sample4Vibes offers the sale of digital audio files individually, available for download after payment. Each purchased file is royalty-free for personal or professional use, but cannot be resold or shared.

3. Account creation

Purchasing files requires the creation of a user account.
Minors may only use the site with the agreement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment

Payments are made via the PayPal platform, either through redirection to the PayPal site or directly by credit card.
No refunds will be made once the purchase is confirmed.

5. Delivery and access to files

Once payment is confirmed, the user can download the purchased audio file.
The download link remains active for 48 hours.
If any issues arise, the user can contact support with proof of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All audio files available on Sample4Vibes are the exclusive property of Stéphane Titecat.
They are royalty-free after purchase, but the user agrees to:

• Not resell or distribute them
• Not share them on free or paid platforms
• Use them only in their own projects (personal or professional)

7. Liability

Sample4Vibes makes every effort to ensure the site is accessible. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates.
In the event of a dispute or temporary unavailability, only proof of purchase will be accepted for file retrieval.

8. Personal data and cookies

Sample4Vibes only collects the data necessary for proper service operation: email and purchase history.
The site uses session cookies only for technical purposes (login, cart, etc.).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request to view, modify, or delete your personal data by sending an email to contact@sample4vibes.com.

9. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those in the jurisdiction of the site owner's residence.
